Do you offer payment on delivery?

Yes. Payment on Delivery (POD) is available in Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado, Nakuru, and Mombasa.

For other regions, delivery is processed after successful registration and payment confirmation.

How long does delivery take?

We offer same-day delivery for orders confirmed early within our service areas. Delivery timelines for other counties are communicated during order confirmation.

Can I pick up my phone in-store?

Yes. We offer in-store pickup in:
